HMAS Collins leaving Hobart
HMAS Collins on a grey day in the Derwent River, leaving Hobart after visiting for Navy Week and the Royal Hobart Regatta. The smoke is the result of snorting, with diesel exhaust being released as Collins charges her batteries.

HMAS Parramatta is visiting Hobart for Navy Week and the Royal Hobart Regatta. As she entered the Derwent she was joined by an RAN A-109 Power twin engined training helicopter. This was Parramatta's first visit to Hobart since being fitted with Harpoon anti ship missiles. Canisters for these can be seen forward of the bridge and aft of the 127mm main gun.
