Good story to this pic. I was on parra at the time of the regatta, we were supposed to sail down and do the whole anchor thing on the monday, instead ballarat was coming with us, and our CO was senior in rank and pushing for them to do all the ceremonial, after a wild fri nite in town, and onboard where some Jnrs broke into the Snrs mess fridge and "acquired" some beers, they were given the wrath of god and conducted all our cermonial duties for their efforts, many thanks to the ballarat crew! Awesome port visit.- Icelord
